Quarterly Partner Events (held during NACCAS workshops)

AACS Partners at the Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels receive a tabletop exhibit (including 2 exhibitor registrations) to interact with attendees at each of the quarterly NACCAS workshop events. Partners at the Copper level and below have the option to purchase a tabletop exhibit at these events, if space allows. Please contact Director of Events, Kimber Nation, at kimber@beautyschools.org to inquire about availability. Shipping Information:  A handling & delivery charge of $10.00 per package (up to 40 pounds) will be charged.  Packages exceeding 40-pounds will incur a $30.00 per box fee. Palate rate is $150.00 each. The hotel will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left or sent into the hotel prior to, during, or following your function(s). The hotel cannot assume responsibility for storage of boxes received more than three (3) days prior to the scheduled program. Boxes may be delivered Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 3:00PM. Boxes larger than 4′ x 4′ in size or shipment of ten (10) or more boxes cannot be delivered more than 48 hours prior to the event.
