Let Wahl show you how to provide a diverse skill set and thought process for men’s grooming that will immediately position your students with a competitive edge necessary for success.

  • Learn how to approach clipper cutting, comb handling, and blending with your beginner student.
  • We will address little things that make a big difference; tapering from long to short or short to long, clipper over comb techniques, correcting lines, etc.

More than many other occupations, education requires a lot of heart. Educators are well aware that how well a student is educated will drive their success later on in a career. This constant striving on the behalf of others can lead to an unsustainable pace, and it’s easy for educators to become burned out. One of the most important things an educator can do is take care of themselves. Self-care is not an extra treat for when you have time to indulge. 10:15am - 11:15am: Reaching Millennials Without Compromising Standards: Using Technology and Alternative Teaching Methods to Your Favor!

Today’s students are not yesterday’s. Their patience has withered and their standards have changed. This new microwave mindset shifts instructors from force feeding information to now showing examples of how to use and apply information in their favor. Without compromising your own standards, this class will teach you how to take their mindset and their one-touch technology and turn it into an asset and staple in your school and instructor’s teaching lifestyle.
