This session will include school leaders and industry experts to discuss the potential impact of the Department’s current rulemaking proceedings on the operations of AACS schools. From a “worst case scenario” perspective, we will discuss the most harmful of the Department’s proposals and strategies to maintain compliance in a heightened regulatory environment. This is a must-attend session for school leaders and essential to anticipating and acting now to preserve access to your programs.
