Each 10’x10′ space includes two (2) participant badges (10×10 includes two; 10×40 includes 10; etc). Exhibitor badges allow for full access to the 2019 AACS Annual Convention (including all Sessions, Meals, and Activities).

Note: Due to the security standards set forth by MGM Grand Las Vegas and AACS, we need a complete list of all persons attending. Please ensure ALL names are listed on the form below. NO ONE will be admitted without a valid name badge. Additional badges can be purchased at a discounted exhibitor price of $275.00.

  $1,000 : Host current or potential clients at the 2019 Owners Dinner. Get one table for 10 people in a premiere location, marketing recognition on the website, and a branded table tent.
• Branded Drink Tickets to Distribute From Your Booth
  $750 : 50 drink tickets, branded with your logo, for you to distribute at your booth. Will be valid at all Receptions. (max 200 tickets per sponsor)
• Email Blasts Prior to Event
  $1,000 : Be featured in official AACS communications leading up to the convention. Announce your class, new product, or booth location.

  $1,000 : Provide two slides to be inserted into the AACS Commercial Loop. Digital screens will be displayed at Registration, General Session room, and AACS booth for the duration of conference.

  $250 : Provide materials to be inserted into the attendee Welcome Bag. Price per item.
• Welcome Gift Room Drop
  $2,500 (plus cost of goods dropped) : Make a huge impact before the conference even begins! Leave welcome gifts for all attendees in their hotel room upon arrival.
